I used to respect this guy. And I still respect this guy as an actor. But as a human being I'm having trouble with this man and his crazed obsession with Scientology, or, ScienTOMogy as this website spoofs, which, by the way, is getting them into trouble. Spend a few minutes on this site watching some of the videos and tell me what YOU think.
This man takes every chance he gets lately to either a) pimp the Church of Scientology, b) pimp himself, c) pimp Katie Holmes, or d) All of the Above. I wonder if he realizes that all that does is to make the church appear like a hoax, him appear like a loon, her appear like a girl with a crush, and the whole thing appear like one big joke. Because it is. It's one big joke now. And while it IS drawing attention to the Church of Scientology, I think that attention is all negative, and that's never good. You'd think they'd tell him to shut the hell up. But they don't. Maybe we should do it for them. Tom Cruise, shut the hell up. You're not the expert on all things as you believe yourself to be. Back in your cage, monkey boy.
Anyway, I just had to get that off my chest. Tom Cruise is a freak. You can agree or disagree. I don't care. The man has fallen. Hopefully he doesn't have a Life Alert bracelet. And besides: he killed Oprah. Okay, maybe he's not so bad afterall.

Oh, and I've just read a ton of stuff that bashes Scientology. If even a portion of it is true, man what a warped "religion."
Hell, Hubbard is even reported to have said that the easiest way to make a million dollars is to start a religion. He said this BEFORE forming this "church."
