Okay, after talking to my bud, Jared, I've decided not to play football (soccer) tonight, even though I'd just be standing in as goalkeeper. You see Jared reminded me that a few years back, on the eve of his Marine Corps Marathon, he too was just "standing in as goalkeeper" when he tore his ACL. Subsequently he missed the marathon, and a good portion beyond. So, I'm going for a run instead. Happy, mother?
On a completely different note, those of you that know me (and the rest of the Club 10-56 team), know that our Backyard Bash every year serves up nearly one thousand Jell-O shots. I came across this site that did some research on JUST how strong you can make a Jell-O shot before it falls apart. Interesting stuff. In case you're curious, no, we won't be trying this for this year's Backyard Bash V. We'll continue our tradition of making them strong enough to taste, but not strong enough to send Jared's wife home by 4 PM. Oh, and their other experiment is a good one, too, though not as applicable. At least not at the parties I've been to.

great link! a fascinating read!
how many oz. does club 10-56 use in their jello shots? and you didn't want to mention the double-bagging experiment? too funny!
I made some awesome Jello shots. Here is the recipe.
Name: L.S.E. (Lime, Stoli, Energy)
1-Large package Lime Jello
1 1/4-Cups of Raspberry Stoli
4-2oz bottles of 5 Hour Energy
2-Cups of water
Make the Jello with 2 cups of boiling water. Mix in the 5 Hour Energy and Raspberry Stoli. Put in plastic Shot cups and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Great flavor with an energy boost.
