Burning Shins

So I was going to go for a longer, and faster, run this evening. But after I set out my right shin started burning. Not hurting, but burning. Experience tells me though, that when something starts to burn, as though it's tired, the next step could be injury. So I stopped. And that pissed me off. But it could just be all those stairs we were doing on Saturday in London. Maybe a day off will tell me that.

Anyway, that sort of bums me out, especially given all the previous worries I've told you about. But, I'm going to wake up tomorrow morning and do an easy 5, then try for the fast 10 again later that day. Keep your fingers crossed!
