'Pieces' Author Loses Book Deal

This is sure to p!ss Kristen off, but here it is anyway, in the unfolding saga that is "Million Little Pieces." I'm set to start the book tonight on the bus ride to London, so I'll let you know my thoughts on the book.

Just completed "Five People You Meet in Heaven" by Mitch Albom and am quite excited to read "Tuesdays with Morrie" by him as well. "Five People..." was quite good, and short, so it can be tackled on a lazy day, and is packed with a few 'life lessons.'

Now, I'd just like to say that most of these 'life lesson' books don't really ever offer anything new and profound. Most of them are just plain common sense. But what they do offer, is a gentle reminder into the human race and how we should act. I think we all could use a little 'reminder' now and then to keep us on the right track, and "Five People..." can do just that, and not take much of your time while doing so.
